-No. you need to wait for your EB2 priority date to be current to file I-485 which may take 3 to 5 years.

外我持L1B,在140批后，因我L1到期，我可以重新申请L1A？
-Yes. I-140/I-485 filing does not affect your extend (or change to) your L status (e.g. L1A, L1B or L2).
