I have a questioin. According to the application inventory report, there is about 600 EB-1 chinese-filed applications now in the inventory. So how did they (USCIS or whoever) come up with the number 3,926 for the EB-1 based GCs that were granted to Chinese during 2008/10 /1– 2009/6/30. Are they kidding us?
