EB2 or EB3? how much faster?please help

Hi Dear friends

I have filed EB3, PD , 2006. 485 was filed in 2007. Do you think if I file EB2 now and relink the PD will be much faster ? How much faster can it be? I have some letter written in 2006, can I use them? Thanks lots
