Not possible for EB based. If in US citizen spouse or immediate relatives categories and the US citizen petitioner died before your I-485 approval, it is possible. Search the "substitute sponsor" based on an 2002 federal law.
In your case, it is EB. If he dies, it doesn't matter他的公司会撤销这卢卡申请吗 or not withdraw. It's not up to his company. The USCIS by law must close every case related/based on him, including your case.
