EB2/EB3联合起来争取我们的visa number

美国国务院在今天(2009年5月8日）上午刚刚公布了2009年6月的绿卡排期。中国职业移民类排期第二类优先（EB2）还是停滞在2005年2月15日。印度第二类优先则退到2000年1月1日。第三类优先，全部为Unavailable.

这样的排期情况，对所有中国绿卡申请人而言, 无疑是相当严峻的形势。如果不出所料，2009年7月的职业移民排期会前进，以便能将世界范围内本年度的剩余名额分配给中国和印度的申请人使用。但这个分配是按照排期来划分的，排期越早，得到的剩余名额越多。因此，此番排期退回到2000年的印度申请人无疑是本年度剩余名额的最大受益者，他们得到本年度世界范围内的大部分剩余名额。而来自中国大陆的第二类绿卡等待人获得绿卡的时间将遥遥无期。

为什么印度人的EB2排期突然在排期推进前大倒退? 并为此赢得绝大部分的名额? 私下认为印度人影响了uscis的决策，争取到了他们的最大利益。在下个月排期推进之前，让我们发出中国人的声音: 反对与印度捆绑，争取按百分比分配visa number.

以下是我的几条建议，并将起草一份稿子.望大家补充细节，集思广益:
1。寻找中国社团组织， 如律师联合协会，或其它可以与uscis对话的组织。给他们发邮件，请他们转达我们的呼声。
2。发邮件给各区的congressman. 他们的助手会将我们的要求转到uscis.
3。发邮件给uscis的decision maker. 告诉他我们要求公正的对待。

如果我们现在不作为，我们就要唉声叹气地看着绝大部分名额被印度人拿走。以其躲避埋怨，不如我们一起现在就行动起来。我们不是和uscis斗，我们只是要争取我们的合法权力。
