有赖专家-how to deal with this issue? Eb2 I485

My PD is 12/2004 and I-485 RD 6/2007. based on TSC service online, I should have got my I-485 approval already. However, i haven't. I left my original company (petitioner) in Feb 2009 and the company withdrew my h1b petition soon after. I planned to file G-28 to terminate my attorney, who was hired by my original company. The officer at infopass told me that I need to get my original G-28 and attach a letter to terminate the attonry. the problem is I don't have a copy of that G-28. the attorney isn't willing to give that to me either.

Separately, i was told that REF for I-485, if there is any, will send to my attorney. How can i handle this if my attorney doesn't forward the letter to me?
