EB2 "Category reach maximum amount of visa" 是啥意思？

EB2,老婆是主申请人，2个星期前485 approval,绿卡收到。
本人向USCIS 打电话询问本人的case status, ( few hundred number earlier than hers), 今天收到email reply:

-- I485

Filing date:
-- 05/03/2007

Type of service requested:
-- Outside Normal Processing Times

USCIS is aware that according to the Department of State?s Visa Bulletin, there appear to be visas available however there has been an extremely large volume of case requiring visas. 请问这个回复是啥意思？到底是排期准还是限额准呢？？
