I am sorry to hear that.I have the same situation as you.My company promised me to sponsor me Green Card with EB2 and filed PERM with EB2.However,when they filed I-140,they changed mind and filed EB3 to me without noticing me.After one year,I asked Attorney to give me I-140 receite,at that time I saw my I-140 is EB3.I was so angry,but nothing can be done.Please remember,your company and your attorney deceived me,you can not change anything after your I-140 filed for 180 days.Only thing you can do is to file a new EB2 PERM and a new I-140.Do you think you company will file the second PERM and I-140 for you.
