My EB-2 priority is finally current now. What should I do to pus

Thanks god, THe new VB finally pass my PD now (EB-2, June 02,2004, I485 RD 03/28/2007)). I called INS this morning and the answer from the custumer representitive is very disappointed. The lady said that my case is under active review and they need another 6 months for addtional evidences (?) and will notify me the decision within 6months!!! I believe that it is just an evil excuse from INS and there must be something we can do to push the case forward. Is there anybody having the similar situation and may do something elso to push the case?
