Thanks for your reply. Likely I did not make my question clear enought. In the new position, I will still be employed and paid in the US. However, the new position would require my being overseas for a significant amount of time, like an overseas assignment.

My 140 has been approved but has not yet filed 485. Before talking with corporate attorney, I would like to learn from you.
