Help: Perm EB2 I-140 approved 3 month ago. when to submit I-485

Perm EB2.

I-140 approved 3 months ago. I-485 filling is not started. I checked with my company contracted atterney. They told me my case is not current. Is the USCIS not receiving I-485 filling now or just my company or atterney set it not current?
