我的case，值得从EB3转EB2吗？

EB3,traditional LC，PD 03/2005, I-140 filed 9/30/2007, 至今pending。问过我的律师，因为我的LC requirement是BS +1yr experiences，所以不能直接重file I-140 under EB2 even though I have 5 yr experiences now。可行的办法是，被公司promoted to a higher level position，file a new PERM with the requirement of BS + 5yr experiences。然后EB2 140。假设今天12月升职，然后开始新的process，请问大概多久能拿到GC? 目前PERM需要多长时间批？

我LD的I-485(EB3)已经filed over 180天，PD 06/2005。等排期中。。。我们已经有approved EAD和AP。

这种情况，请大家看看我值得跟公司提转EB2的事吗？谢谢！
