My friend filed NIW 140 in the middle of July, 2006, No news so

My NIW case (DIY) was filed in Sept, 2006, got REF Nov. 2007, REF (DIY) submitted Dec.2007, Still pending and worrying 60 days after REF submission.
Background: Ph.D in China, 22 papers (half in English),15 proceedings (90% in english),lots of posters and abstracts in national and international meetings;two books (in Chinese)and one book chapter, citations over 50, 2 news reports, reviewed 9 times for 3 top journals, 3 memerships, 7 reference letters (original), 4 letter (REF).
