EB-2

我才开始办绿卡。有Master degree，想办EB-2。可是律师和单位说打广告只能是Bachelor + 5 years working experience，因为和我相同Title的美国同事都只是Bachelor. 我这样会被列入EB-3吗？查了下资料，看起来是等同于Master,但想确认一下有没有被列入EB-3的可能？
