I filed on 7/11/2005, 140 AP on 9/6/2005, since then no LUD, no second finger print notice, have no idea.

A good news is, I sent a letter to first lady, and got respond after 4 month which was last month, and told me that my name check was cleared in July, so now I am waiting for INS to take their action. Good luck on your case
