我是EB3的485 July Filer,因为没想到可以在7月份就能递,所以一直在办理EB2,现在EB3 的485刚递上去, EB2 的PERM　又批了，是不一样的职位．我的问题是，因为我的EB3刚递不到180天，现在我可以递另一职位的EB2 140么？

这样一来会不会违反了180天后才能换工作的规定而导致第一个485出问题？

我还指望着从第一个４８５的优先日期转过来呢．
- You may not carry over PD until EB-2 140 is approved.

The problem is my eb2 LC and pending 140 says that I'm holding the position. What can I do? should I withdraw eb2 140? Can I still take advantage of the pending eb2 140, or better leave it along?
