I can see for chinese EB2 more than EB3 now, what do you guys think?
USCIS says with annual satutory limitations, some aliens may have to wait a significant period of time, perhaps years, before Visa Numbers become available. During interim, AP and EAD will be processed prior to final adjudication of the adjustment applications with USCIS SOP.
