Perm (EB-2) minimum salary

I am wondering if I could apply for EB-2 (Perm)?
On my prevailing wage request form which our company applied for H1B for me, the information for items 16, 17 are:

College Degree Required: Master of Science,
Minimum Experience Required: At least two years experience. Skill Level II

Is Skill level II salary enough for applying for EB-2?
