EB2

Based on the current situation, EB2 is faster. But it is hard to predict the immigration process beyond a few years especially with the pending immigration reforms. However, if you do not have undergraduate degrees, I do not think you are eligible for EB2 (bachelor + 5 years or advanced degree).
