If you were born in China, and your priority date is on or before January 1, 2006, you can file your I-485 application in June, 2007.

If you were not born in China (not India either), you can file your I-485 application now, regardless your priority date.

Your priority date is determined by the date that you ted your Labor Certification (or PERM). If your I-140 was for NIW, your priority date will be the receipt date shown on your I-140 receipt notice.
