Impact of denied NIW to EB2-485 and common supporting doc

I have 2 questions regarding to 485 filing

1. "have you ever before applied for adjustment of status?"
This is my first 485 application, but I have a previously denied NIW 140 case. I'm wondering any negative impact to my current EB2 based 485 if I answer yes, and saying my NIW 140 was denied?

2. I'll 485/765/131 in one envelop. Do I have to duplicate 3 copies of some commonly shared supporting docs, such as passport identity page?
