Anyone still waiting for LC from Philly BEC (EB2 RIR)

Is there anyone still waiting for the LC from Philly BEC? I read the news
about all RIR cases would be processed by the end of Apr.2007. However, the
online status of mine is always 'In process'.

If anyone got your case certificated recently, can you please share your
information with me?

I wonder if I should contact my lawyer. However, it seems they can not do
nothing either.
