我坚信VB在未来几月一定会迈步向前，因为BACKLOG已经至少处理了2/3的CASE，这些2/3的CASE都没让名额用完，也没让排期到退，那剩下的1/3CASE还会对VB有很大的影响吗?
Most of those 485 cases are still pending, they will consume a lot of visa numbers once they get approved.
There is a lag of these BEC effect on visa usage.
