HELP!!!! EB2 NIW 485 pending, quit job

My case is EB2 NIW 485 pending(I-140 has been approved for more that 1 year). Last week my hu*****and got a job from another city and our family will move very soon. My question is, in my situation, may I quit current job and move with my family together and stay home for a couple of months(in case I can not find next job immideatly)? I have a littile baby, and it's really hard to work and take care of her all by myself. Thanks in advence for any nice help.
