Xiao Bai Tu, if I-140(EB-2) got approved at A company,

are going to transfer H1b to B company,
1.Can A company still sponser I-485?
2.Do I have to transfer back A company before s I-485 or after s I-485?
3.How much percent risk it will be?
4.Do you know if anyone got I-485 approved like this situation?
