如果I-485等待中转雇主再申请EB2,是否需再递交一个I485?

A雇主为我递交了I-485(EB3,03/04,PD 12/02),I-140在05年批准,现在等不及了,想转到B雇主为我再递交一个EB2 PERM申请(不同的title),如果I-140被批准了,是否还要另外递交I-485还是给NSC去信说明将上一个I485转到新的EB2?
