Xiaobaotu, can I applied EB2 through same employer?

Xiaobaitu:

I have applied GC in EB3 through my employer, priority date is 12/2002. But there is no progress for EB3 for several months.

1. When do I expect to have my EB3 processed/approved?
2. Can I apply GC again using EB2 through the same employer?
3. Do you think it is a good idea to do EB2 now instead of waiting with EB3?
