我的EB2申请被剧, 律师说要改EB3, 急求解决方法. 在线等

律师说如果不申请30天后我的PERM优先就失效, 到时候要重新来. 我是不是应该先申请EB3, 以后再改申请EB2. 还是重换律师再申请EB2? 我有没有别的选择?
