New Eb2 Job title or same as eb3 job title?

My EB3 LC has been approved with requirement of BS. I140 is pending. Now I have a master degree and I need to file a new PERM EB2 LC with the same employer. The plan is to carry over my eb3 PD during eb2 140 once eb2 LC approved.

My employer is very flexible. I can choose any job title I want and write my own job deion.

EB3 job title was IT System administrator Prevailing wage 60k,

Should I use a new job title like System analyst or something for eb2 with requirement of MS? The prevailing wage is 64k.
