If I file PERM under EB2, can I file 140 and 485 at the same time? Or do I need to wait my PD is current to file 485? Since 八点一颗's post suggest that he filed 140 and 485 at the same time (see below)

140和485是同时递的，不到一个月，但是被公司lay off, 公司给出1一个月的时间不报告上去。我的140和485是不是会被撤销？ 有没有可能还能继续下去？

我的是perm，完全没有通融余地，必须重新再来吗？
