请问办PERM (EB2) 到底能不能140, 485 concurrent filing？

请问办PERM (EB2) 到底能不能140, 485 concurrent filing？前几天有贴子说要排期concurrent 才能交485， 今天八点一颗的置顶贴又说” 140和485是同时递的，不到一个月”. 我都糊涂了。请赐教！ 谢谢。
