Most of those Chinese H1Ber holders should go EB2 eventually.

Unless new law passed By New Congress, there is no way for EB2 Priority Date moves faster in next few years.

So the immigration quato system is broken, but for sure, the Congress will find a way to fix it, sooner or later. Possibly before mid next year, otherwise, we would have to wait for next president to fix the issue
