140 EB2 NSC approved - xiaobaitu please commment

RFE: 8/21
AD: 9/7

I have BS plus MBA. On the perm, the minimum requirement is BS+3yrs, the alternative requirement is Master+0yr. My attorney said she filed EB2, although I thought it qualifies only EB3. But she said she had similar cases approved with no problem.

The RFE asks for evidence of 3yrs related experience, the attorney responded saying i have master degree thus meeting the alternative requirement and no experience is needed.
The case then was approved. The attorney confirmed it's EB2.

Xiaobaitu, do you think it a mistake and could be found out later?
