Today I received EB2 RIR LC certified letter. This LC has PD March 2005.
On August 2006, I have filed I-140 based on EB2 PERM LC, which is a new filing, has PD May 2006.
Currently my I-140 is pending. Considering March 2005 is current date for EB2 485, I really like to use RIR LC if possible. Can II keep PD March 2005?
What can I do?
