My attorney told me the information I receiced from CIS is incorrect because the priority date for my application is "current". My lawyer will help me send a letter to NSC for more information.
CIS may made a mistake to track my PD by using RD of my I-485 (06/29/2005) instead of RD of my I-140 (11/09/2004) since I put co-current application in my application form.
