这样的职位有可能办EB2吗?

职位是这样要求的: "Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience. Two to Five years of systems and programming experience ..."

公司的HR说改广告是不太可能的. 我有Master's degree. 公司有指定的律师. 是不是再牛的律师也只能是办EB2? 真不知该怎么办?
