Thanks for your reply. For the LC, my job requirement would be a Bachelor Degree plus 5 years experience. My understanding is that this can qualify for EB2 already as it is considered to be the equivalent of EB2. However, my lawyer thinks that to qualify for EB2, the job HAS to require a Master Degree. I don't mind for RFE, I just want to make sure to file my case in EB2.
