1. You need a new occupation.
2. if the new occupation is less than 50% of your occupation in EB3, your gained experience in the sponshored comany can not be used in your EB2 application.
3. In order to transfer your EB3 PD to EB2, you need to manage both 140s (based on EB2 and EB3) to be approved.
