从485 receipt上可否分辨出是EB2NIW or EB3?

Just found from my 485 receipt, the notice type is" other basis for adjustment", not same as the notice type of the other NIW 485 receipt:"adjust as direct beneficiary of immigration petition".

My PD just was current. Worry my 485 was put with EB3 by mistake, and I have to wait for a long time.

Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!
