EB2菜鸟问题

1。2005年3月递交PERM劳工纸申请，现在I-140递上1个月,正在处理中。我可以交485表了吗？还是最好等140批下来再说？
2。回美证和EAD卡申请可以和485一起交吗？还是要等半年？
3。什么时候H1B身份就转了？拿到EAD卡？EAD卡要每年续吗？
