EB-2 process time

I am always confused about the processing times. I have a simple question. I filed my LC in December of 2005 and got my LC approved in April of 2006. Could anyone answer my following questions. Please just give me your best estimation. I live in California. Thank you.

1. When I can file my I-485?
2. What my I-485 can be approved?
3. what is my priority time?
