SWITCH EB3 TO EB2

我的情况是这样perm (EB3) and I 140刚刚批，但是现在EB3倒退的太厉害，所以想换成EB2.
我想问
1 如果我换一个公司重新办perm(EB2) and I140,我可以carry on the old perm (EB3)PD吗？
2 如果我年底在同一家公司升到更高的position，重新办perm(EB2) and I140,can i carry on the old perm (EB3)PD吗？
请问各位大牛那条路更好？
