EB3--EB2问题

公司一开始给我LG办的是RIR EB3, 劳工卡快下来了, 现在我LG提出想用PERM办, 改成EB2. 今天和律师通了电话, 他说两个同时申请, 都下来后, 还可以用RIR EB3的priority date, 请问是这样吗? 我们在网上查了下好象说只能同一类型的用原来的priority date.
