NIW RFE can apply for EB2 now

Apply for NIW but get RFE recently. It is tough and not sure about the result. Can I apply for EB2 labor now since my employer sponsors that?
My concern is that I show there is no necessary of labor when apply for NIW. If I apply it now, will it conflict with my NIW case? Should I wait for the result of NIW?
