EB2/EB3?

I have two questions:

1..Does EB2 I-140 really require that, the job description of Labor Certificate must say "Advanced Degree needed", cause I did not find this word on Form I-140, instead, it does mention that, the petitioner must have advanced degree or equivalent.

2.. When to determine the case is EB1/EB2?
