I-140 Petition type for PERM-based EB2?

As for I-140 Part 2, Petition type, is option d the one for PERM-based EB2 or other option?
option d: A member of the professions holding an advanced degree or an alien of exceptional ability(who is NOT seeking a National Interest Waiver).
