回复：Job code and minimal requirement of most jobs

I am not clear on your answer. They have job code and name. But the responsibility is different and pay is different. For example, for a financial analyst, you pay only level 2 salary, for a senior one, you pay at level 4, so how to distinguish this? Can I told my boss to do the job deion exactly like me? And later on when I leave, he can re-phrase it and hire someone else.
