Prevailing wage for EB2&EB3

Hi,

My hu*****and just got two offers, one is in Philly and the other is in New york city. The job duties and the salaries are almost the same. But if he takes the Philly one, we have to relocate and take long commute hours(45 minutes) for both of us.

Another concern is GC. Based on education and experience, my hu*****and definitely belongs to EB2. However, I checked the SWA min. wage database, the offered salary in New York hasn't even reached the level 3; while in Philly, it is more than the level 4. So, I think, it would be easier and faster for us to apply for the GC if we move to Philly.

However, New York city has its own attractions. More opportunities, broader network...

It's such a hard decision to make. Should we put either GC or career development as our priority now?
