Can I apply EB1-B 傑出研究人員(OR)?

It seems that it needs "有3年的教學或研究經驗", while I have only 2 year experience (1 year as postdoc in university + 1 year as research scientist in industry).

Does my RA and TA during PhD count as experience or not? Do I have to work for another year to meet the "3 year" requirement?
