Got Immigrant Visa by EB-1A

Hi All,

My Immigrant Visa by EB-1A case was approved.

The following is the timetabel. (I submitted the application by myself.)

I-140 submitted in Dec. 2002

I-140 Approved in Jan. 2004

Immigrant Visa application submitted in Oct. 2004

Interview finished in Dec. 2004

Immigrant Visa approved in Feb. 2005.
